UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan have discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
During a phone call, the two leaders also reviewed the latest regional developments.
They stressed the importance of stepping up efforts to strengthen security and stability in the Middle East and advance lasting peace.
