1,229 COVID-19 cases reported in UAE

The UAE confirmed 1,229 new cases of COVID-19 from 141,947 tests on Monday.

Another 1,217 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 527,519.

Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,633.

A total of 547,411 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,259 are currently active.

The Ministry of Health conducts 141,947 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,229 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,217 recoveries and 2 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover pic.twitter.com/AGp4GoysaT
