Amber Heard claims Johnny Depp is stalling divorce

Amber Heard claims Johnny Depp is delaying their divorce. The 'Magic Mike XXL' star has accused her estranged husband from obstructing her request to end their marriage by insisting she signs a non-disclosure agreement before he submits documents about his financial status. In documents obtained by TMZ, Heard's legal team claim Depp is deliberately trying to stop the divorce from going ahead quickly and quietly after he told the 30-year-old actress there would be a $100,000 fine for every time any financial information was leaked. The pair are also reportedly squabbling on a date for Amber's deposition. His team has suggested two dates in August but Amber says she is unable to make it because she is filming 'Justice League Part One' in London. However, Amber says she has offered to appear in court on a Saturday but Johnny's team isn't keen. Documents from Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser claims Amber has already shared information about the couple to the media. Meanwhile, Amber currently has a temporary restraining order against Johnny after she claimed he attacked her with an iPhone, leaving her with a bruised eye. She also alleges that "during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive" to her. The pair announced their divorce in May after just 15 months of marriage.
